Yes, you will be able to rent after filing bankruptcy. However, your new landlord may require a larger deposit.

Although some landlords may view your bankruptcy negatively and refuse your application, you will certainly be able to find many landlords that will be happy to rent to you.

Yes. Some landlords may turn you down, some may request a larger deposit, but many others will be happy to rent to you, even if you have a bankruptcy on your credit report.

Yes, but that is up to the person renting you the apartment. They can always blame the fact that you have bad credit and not that you filed a bankruptcy.
