Will bankruptcy discharge the judgment against me?
I have a judgment against me for a loan that I personally guaranteed. I am completely buried in debt, most of which is credit card debt. If I file for chapter 7 bankruptcy, will the judgment against me be erased?

Yes, unless the judgment is involves fraud, DUI, or personal injury claims.
