After working as a prosecutor for over five years I decided to go into private practice. I soon found a lot of satisfaction in consumer bankruptcy practice. The decision to file bankruptcy is of critical importance and the value of competent representation in a bankruptcy case is great. This understanding spurs me to spend a lot of time making sure my knowledge of bankruptcy law is fresh and up to date. I have also made the decision to focus on bankruptcy and related areas of practice. I really feel that juggling too many legal practice areas leads to a decrease in the quality of service.
